Meet Bia & The Story Behind Baiana Bakery

Hello! I’m Beatriz (Bia), a Brazilian-born Canadian living in beautiful Vancouver. Baiana Bakery was born out of a deep homesickness for the warm, melt-in-your-mouth pudim that brought our family together every Sunday back home.

Between balancing daily life and crafting these sweet treasures, I slow-bake each batch from scratch using authentic Brazilian methods and zero shortcuts. Every single order is a labor of love, culture, and dedication to visual & culinary perfection.
